Handover
Final inspection, then 60 days of maintenance. 5% is held back until the defects period ends.
Why owners trust us
A full BoQ with quantities and unit rates, signed with the contract. Changes are priced from the same rates.
After the down payment, each termin is due only when the site reaches the agreed physical progress: 15%, 35%, 55% and 75%.
Site teams send photo reports. We measure progress against the BoQ and publish it on your project page.
5% is retained until 30 days after handover, and we fix defects free for 60 days.
Contracts are signed with PT Boemi Nusantara Properties, our registered construction company in Denpasar.
Design, structure, MEP, interiors and furniture under one roof, so nothing falls between contractors.
